How much does a mobile bar cost for a corporate event?
You pay €300 per event for bar hire, plus a per-guest price for your chosen package. That price covers 3 hours: Base from €13 per person, Plus from €18 and All-in from €25, all excluding VAT.
For example, the Base package for 100 guests comes to €1,600 excluding VAT, or €16 per person, excluding travel. If the bar stays open for more than 3 hours, there’s a surcharge for each extra hour; a shorter booking doesn’t reduce the price. Extras such as cocktails, nibbles or a raclette station are charged separately. The minimum spend is €1,000 excluding VAT and travel, and the first 15 km of travel are free.

How quickly will I receive a quote?
Private customers receive their quote by email within 5 minutes. Businesses receive a tailored proposal within an hour: we check availability for your date straight away and provide the proposal by email or phone. If you enquire late in the evening, you’ll be first on our list the following morning.
Can I hire Baar Soif for a private party?
Yes. For a birthday, wedding, communion, anniversary or neighbourhood party, you can build your own bar. Start with draught Stella, soft drinks and water, then add wine and cava, speciality beer, cocktails, a mocktail, nibbles, a deluxe sharing board or a raclette roll.
Are drinks unlimited?
Yes. The beer, soft drinks, water and wine in your package or selection are unlimited for your chosen duration. Cocktails are an extra: a fixed price per guest for businesses, and charged individually for private parties.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
For businesses, the minimum spend is €1,000 excluding VAT and travel. For private parties, drinks are charged for at least 30 people. Smaller parties are welcome, but you’ll pay for drinks for 30 guests. For 300 guests or more, we prepare a tailored proposal.
Which areas does Baar Soif cover?
Based in Oetingen in the Pajottenland, Baar Soif travels to corporate events and parties throughout Flanders and Brussels. We cover Brussels, Aalst, Ghent, Leuven and Antwerp, as well as company premises, event venues, function rooms and gardens across the rest of Flemish Brabant, East Flanders, Antwerp province, Limburg and West Flanders.
Brussels and Aalst are close to our base. The first 15 km of travel are free; after that, we charge for the additional kilometres each way, clearly shown in your quote. Enter your postcode in the quote builder to see how far your venue is from Oetingen.

What’s included with a Baar Soif mobile bar?
The mobile bar with draught system, refrigeration and mood lighting, proper glassware, ice, a bartender, set-up and pack-down. Drinks are charged according to your package or selections.
Do you need power at the venue?
A standard socket (230 V) near the bar is ideal. If there’s no power at the venue, we’ll work out a solution with you, such as a generator.
Can the bar feature our company branding?
Yes. We can incorporate your logo and colours into the bar and communications, for example for a trade show stand or product launch. Just let us know a few weeks in advance.
Can we choose an open bar or pay based on consumption?
Yes. Base, Plus and All-in are open-bar packages: a fixed price per person with unlimited drinks. Prefer drinks charged on consumption or guests paying for their own drinks at the bar? Choose ‘Special enquiry’ and we’ll prepare a tailored proposal.
How many guests can the mobile bar serve?
From a reception for a few dozen guests to a staff party for hundreds. For larger groups, we provide extra draught points and staff to keep queues short.
Will we receive an invoice in our company’s name?
Yes. You’ll receive a VAT invoice in your company’s name. Baar Soif is registered under enterprise number BE 1043.946.464.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Yes. You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your event or party.
What if it rains?
The mobile bar has a fold-out awning to keep the counter dry. For outdoor events, we recommend a marquee or covered area for your guests.
